What usually breaks
Non-breaking spaces stop lines wrapping correctly, curly apostrophes render inconsistently across fonts, and trailing spaces create uneven line breaks in rendered pin text. None of it is visible until the design looks subtly wrong.
Why this matters for canvas rendering
The studio measures text width to break lines. A non-breaking space counts as a normal character but refuses to break, which can push a word past the safe margin.
