How to plan a month of pins in one sitting
Start with your existing content, not with new ideas. List every article, product or category page you already have. For each one, write the phrase a person would type into Pinterest — usually a problem, not a product name. That list is your batch input.
Run the batch in one style. Upload the pins to the most specific board you have, spaced across the month. Two weeks later, run the same list in a second style and upload those to a different board. You now have two creative tests per topic without designing anything twice.
What to do with the CSV
The CSV contains the keyword, title, description, hashtags, style and ratio. Paste it into a scheduler, or keep it as a record of what you published — useful when you review which headlines earned saves three months later. Our analytics guide explains which columns to watch.
Before you upload
Check that each pin’s promise matches its landing page. Batch generation makes it easy to publish twenty pins in an hour, and equally easy to publish twenty pins that all point at a page that does not deliver. Spot-check three at random before scheduling.

Batch Studio uses one style and one ratio per run so the set looks consistent. Run it again with a different style to build a second variation for testing.
Does it work for client accounts?
