Privacy Policy

The short version

We collect the minimum needed to run the service: your email and name if you sign in with Google, the text metadata of pins you generate, and anonymous usage counts. We never upload your images. We do not sell data.

Information we collect

Account data. When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address, profile photo URL and a stable account identifier. We store these to create your account and show your history.

Generation metadata. If you are signed in, we store the title, description, style, ratio and source URL of each generation so you can find it again. Images are rendered in your browser and are never transmitted to us.

Technical data. Standard request logs (IP address, user agent) are processed by our hosting provider for security and abuse prevention. We store a hashed, truncated IP for rate limiting.

Messages. If you use the contact form or subscribe to the newsletter, we store your name, email and message.

Cookies

We use two first-party cookies:

A session cookie that keeps you signed in (only after you choose to sign in).
A CSRF cookie that protects forms against cross-site request forgery.

If advertising is enabled, Google AdSense may set cookies to personalise the ads you see and measure them. The AdSense script only loads after you press “Accept all” in the cookie banner, and choosing “Essential only” keeps the site fully usable with no ad cookies. You can clear the choice at any time by clearing this site's storage in your browser.

Third parties

Cloudflare — hosting, database and CDN.
Google Identity Services — optional sign-in.
Google Fonts — fonts are self-hosted, so no request is made to Google for typography.

We do not share data with advertisers or data brokers.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account and all associated records by emailing us. Deletion is permanent and usually completed within seven days.

Children

PinPower is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will note the date at the top of this page and, for signed-in users, send an email.

Advertising

We may show ads through Google AdSense to keep the free plan free. Google and its partners may use cookies or device identifiers to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites. You can opt out of personalised advertising at Google Ads Settings, and EU/UK visitors are asked for consent before any advertising cookie is set. We never sell your email address or pin content.
