Hook Generator
A pin has about one second to earn attention. The hook — the first line on the image or the opening of the description — does most of that work.

What makes a hook work
A hook creates a small gap between what the reader knows and what they want to know. “Bread is hard” is a statement. “Bread is easy if you stop doing this one thing” is a gap. The second earns the next second of attention.
Hooks on the image vs in the description
On the image, keep it under eight words so it renders at thumbnail size. In the description, the hook can be a full sentence — the first 50–60 characters are what shows under the pin.
Do not overpromise
A hook that the pin cannot pay off trains people to ignore you. Curiosity is fine; deception costs saves and follows.

Hook Generator FAQ
How long should a hook be?
Six to ten words on the image, one sentence in the description.
Can I use the same hook twice?
Not on consecutive pins. Rotate styles to avoid a template feel.
Do hooks matter for search?
Indirectly — stronger hooks earn more saves, and saves are a ranking signal.
